           AIR

The best way to work with air is through breathing, so we will learn a simple breathing technique. Air represents intellect, mental intention and communication

Its symbols are feathers and  incense.

WATER

 It is traditionally represented by a vase or bowl of water. We will try to feel the emotional state, when the purpose is realized. When you put it in a vessel such as a jug or a bottle, the water changes shape and fits perfectly to the form of the vessel. This is symbolic of day to day life whereby we have to adapt to any given situation – the flow of energy should be like the flow of water.

         EARTH

Seeds and crystals are perfect symbols of earth element, they represent the creation of the earth, When candles are used, their color is significant, suggesting the type of ritual or occasion involved.

Another way to represent earth is to use soil; this may be particularly appropriate to outdoor worship or rituals focused on fertility.

        FIRE

The element of fire has great power for forging will and determination. It represents our passion, compulsion and motivation. It is our inner light or will as a living symbol of the Divine fire that burns in every soul. When candles are used, their color is significant, suggesting the type of ritual or occasion involved. This element will help us not to stop at the first hurdle.
